Cancellation & Refund Policy
Note : above rates are inclusive of GST 18%.
100% Refund if the event is canceled due to any government guidelines. We understand that circumstances may arise which may require registered attendees to cancel their participation. In such instances refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:

| 75% Refund till | 31 st May 2024 |
| 50% Refund till | 15 th June 2024 |
| No Refunds for cancellation Requested on or after | 16 th June 2024 |
- All refunds will be processed 30 days after the completion of the conference.
- Please note that any bank transfer fees or currency conversion fees associated with the refund will be deducted from the refund amount.
Terms & Conditions
- All refunds will be processed 30 days after the completion of the conference.
- Registration charges include attendance in the conference, scientific session, trade fair, lunch on conference days, Banquet, Certificate of attendance & Conference KIT.
- Conference base registration is compulsory to register for the workshop.
- Workshop registration and accompanying person charges are add-ons.
- Bonafide certificate (from HOD / Teacher) or Copy of Student ID card submission is mandatory for PG Resident category.
- For abstract submission Resident Students should provide ISA Associate Life Membership No.
- Registration cannot be transferred to any other person.
- Organizer will not be responsible for any mailers or information delivery failure in case the registration form is not submitted or incomplete.
- An accompanying person is one who does not participate in the conference sessions themselves. They might explore the area, attend social events, or simply provide company. They are not eligible for certificates and conference kit.
- Accommodation at conference is not included in the conference registration package. Delegates should look for accomodation options themselves.
